Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year strategic vision aligned with emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast market disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning models for technological adoption and societal impact
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Track record of developing award-winning future-focused products
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting preferred
