Your work will directly shape our product roadmaps, investment priorities, and market expansion strategies for the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive forces and megatrends impacting 2026's business landscape
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate resilience)
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating ESG metrics, ethical AI governance, and human-centric design principles
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives and visual storytelling
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish thought leadership through published research, industry keynotes, and patent applications
- Oversee implementation of strategic initiatives with measurable impact on innovation KPIs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, biotech, Web3, and climate tech
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative communication skills for executive audiences
- Published research or patents in foresight methodology or future-casting frameworks
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, CFS) or innovation management
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
