- Produce annual Horizon Reports identifying disruptive opportunities and risks
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready innovations into development pipelines
- Deliver executive briefings and stakeholder workshops on emerging paradigm shifts
- Establish KPIs for tracking long-term strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on disruptive trends (TED Talks, white papers)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile/Scrum environments
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
