Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Produce executive-ready future-state reports with quantifiable impact projections
- Partner with R&D to align innovation pipelines with long-term societal and business trends
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Represent the organization at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism role
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy implementation
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) highly desirable
