Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 strategic foresight framework with quarterly trend assessments
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused innovations into development roadmaps
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership on 3-5 year market evolution
- Author thought leadership content positioning InnovateFutures as a future-shaping authority
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and environmental factors affecting long-term strategy
- Build cross-functional innovation task forces to prototype 2026-ready solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into enterprise strategy
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies (whitepapers, journals, keynotes)
- Proficient in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, scenario planning)
- Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable strategic frameworks
