Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research and trend analysis for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping future business models
- Author thought leadership reports on emerging tech adoption patterns
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Quantify innovation ROI through predictive modeling and impact assessment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism/innovation (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience developing C-suite strategic frameworks for 5-10 year horizons
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-proofed organizational transformations
