Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Technology Impact Reports analyzing AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients on societal and workforce disruption forecasts
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Partner with R&D to prototype sustainable urban mobility solutions for 2026 smart cities
- Curate and present future-focused thought leadership at global innovation summits
- Establish KPIs for long-term innovation maturity across organizational ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Published work on 2020s technological disruption (whitepapers, patents, or industry reports)
- Expertise in systems thinking and cross-industry trend analysis
- Proficiency in scenario modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
- Experience advising C-suite on future-proofing business models
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of 5+ year strategic initiatives
