Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap with quantitative impact modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and capitalizing on emerging tech disruption vectors
- Establish predictive frameworks for market shifts, regulatory changes, and technological convergence
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends and strategic implications
- Oversee the implementation of horizon scanning initiatives and competitive intelligence systems
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in futurism or emerging technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year future-focused strategies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting complex future concepts to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Published author or recognized thought leader in innovation strategy
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
