Qualifications
- 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI/ML, or blockchain technologies
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-scale futuristic systems
- Strong background in ethical tech development and responsible AI
- Experience with agile methodologies in fast-paced innovation environments
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
