- Manage R&D sprints for blockchain 3.0 and decentralized AI networks

Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI, quantum computing, or emerging tech R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on 2020s tech disruption
- Expertise in federated learning and neural-symbolic AI architectures
- Track record of launching products with 5+ year development cycles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Quantum Physics preferred
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
