- Direct cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI and sustainable tech deployment
- Represent company at global tech summits and shape industry discourse
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Innovation Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends (3+ year accuracy validation)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or decentralized systems
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published author in tech foresight or peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and strategic foresight tools
