Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast 2026 market shifts
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating next-gen technologies into enterprise operations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on technological evolution and its business impact
- Oversee development of '2026 Horizons' - our annual innovation roadmap
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or Business Strategy with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with 90%+ accuracy
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and disruptive innovation frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences
- Published author or speaker at global tech/futures conferences
- Experience building innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in Futures Research or equivalent strategic foresight training
