Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps using predictive analytics and market trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis for emerging tech ecosystems (quantum, AI, bio-digital convergence)
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for technological disruption and market volatility
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof technologies into commercial offerings
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies and tech foresight techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven experience in future-oriented roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, decentralized systems, and neurotech
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight designation preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (e.g., MIT Tech Review, Wired)
- Experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication expertise
