Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with proven impact on future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or post-silicon technologies
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ tech paradigms (IEEE/MIT/ACM preferred)
- Experience scaling innovation labs with $10M+ budgets and 50+ cross-functional teams
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
