Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AI ethics, and Web3 architecture
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or peer-reviewed research
