Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026+ societal and market shifts
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing and neural augmentation
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Develop predictive models for emerging tech disruption scenarios
- Present futurist frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor interdisciplinary teams in exponential technology adoption
- Drive ethical AI and sustainable innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Systems Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on future tech scenarios
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuro-symbolic AI
- Proven track record of scaling deep-tech innovations from lab to market
- Proficiency in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, C++, Rust)
- Strong public speaking experience at global tech conferences
