Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen human-machine symbiosis systems
- Analyze emerging tech disruptors (quantum AI, synthetic biology, neural networks) for competitive advantage
- Present strategic tech visions to C-suite executives and secure executive buy-in
- Build and maintain partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Design ethical frameworks for 2026 autonomous systems and human augmentation technologies
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused technology methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neural interfaces, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional strategic planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive boards and securing multimillion-dollar budgets
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., APF, WFS)
