Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and their commercial implications
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with industry disruptors, research institutions, and venture partners
- Define KPIs for tech adoption and measure ROI on innovation initiatives
- Author thought leadership content on future tech paradigms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MS/MBA preferred)
- 7+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and implementing future-ready solutions
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
