Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption windows
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives

- Mentor junior futurists and organize quarterly 'Future Tech' innovation sprints
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with demonstrable impact on future-facing products
