Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology roadmapping for 2026+ digital ecosystems
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating next-gen innovations (quantum, bio-AI, neural interfaces)
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing tech solutions
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Establish ethical governance protocols for emerging technologies
- Present future-tech insights to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech development
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, or neurotech
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership on technological evolution (papers, patents, keynotes)
- Experience with ethical tech frameworks and regulatory foresight
