Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning technology investments with future societal needs
- Present insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Partner with R&D to validate feasibility of breakthrough concepts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech innovation
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented future-tech initiatives
- Exceptional systems thinking and complex problem-solving abilities
- Strong stakeholder management with executive-level communication skills
