- Develop and implement a 2026 technology roadmap aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, bio-integrated systems)
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate futurist insights into corporate strategy
- Manage cross-functional innovation teams across engineering, design, and ethics divisions
- Monitor global tech trends and geopolitical shifts affecting digital transformation
- Design ethical frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems
- Secure patents and publish white papers on breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven futurist portfolio
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, bio-engineering)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience scaling global tech initiatives across multiple continents
- Strong background in technology ethics and governance frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
