Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging tech trends (2026-2030 horizon) across AI, biotech, quantum systems, and climate tech
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Establish industry partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Drive ethical technology frameworks for future implementations
- Mentor junior futurists and champion innovation culture across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record forecasting tech trends with 3+ years horizon
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains (AI, quantum, biotech, or climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Futures Studies, or MBA
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience developing strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Forecasting preferred
