Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market forecasts and company objectives
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology to identify strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align engineering, product, and executive teams on future vision
- Produce detailed impact assessments for emerging technologies on business models and customer experiences
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation initiatives with measurable ROI tracking
- Represent the company at global tech conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and trend analysis techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy or innovation roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in forecasting technology trends with 3+ years specializing in post-2025 horizons
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management required
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks governing emerging technologies (NIST, IEEE standards)
- Exceptional data visualization skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry publications
- Experience leading enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes
