- Drive R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing and decentralized networks
- Collaborate with C-suite to define 5-year tech roadmap
- Optimize infrastructure for quantum-resistant security protocols
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in leadership
- Expertise in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent breakthrough innovations
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum systems
- Proven track record of scaling systems to petabyte-scale
- Fluency in decentralized architectures and blockchain 3.0
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (IBM TrueNorth, Loihi)
