Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with demonstrated impact on future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in AI governance, blockchain scaling, or space tech commercialization
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology preferred
- Experience securing $50M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
- Proficiency in scenario planning using tools like Gartner Hype Cycle
