Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with R&D teams to define the technical roadmap for emerging AI models and neural networks.
- Ensure high availability, data security, and low-latency performance across all global systems.
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge programming languages and frameworks, including Rust, Python, and Go.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and establish best practices for code quality and system reliability.
- Perform deep-dive technical reviews and architectural assessments for critical projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, Software Engineering, or Data Engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust with a deep understanding of systems programming.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems, cloud-native solutions, and high-throughput applications.
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts or experience working with quantum simulation frameworks.
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of managing cross-functional engineering teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a passion for emerging technologies.
