Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable, high-performance systems using cutting-edge technologies.
- Oversee the migration strategy to next-generation cloud infrastructure and edge computing environments.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and performance across all engineering departments.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on our product suite.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading large-scale distributed systems and complex technical projects.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration and data-driven decision-making processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
