Responsibilities
- Architecture Design: Design and implement scalable microservices and distributed systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data loads by 2026.
- Tech Roadmap: Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, identifying emerging technologies like Neural Interfaces and Quantum Algorithms.
- Code Optimization: Optimize legacy codebases to ensure 99.99% uptime and zero-latency processing for real-time AI decision-making.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior developers and junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Prototyping: Rapidly prototype high-fidelity concepts to validate feasibility before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with at least 2 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Rust, and CUDA. Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) is a major plus.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with creative engineering solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
