Responsibilities

- Lead the design of neural network architectures optimized for high-performance edge computing environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish best practices in software engineering and data science.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in generative AI, reinforcement learning, and large language models.
- Mentor junior engineers and define technical standards for the engineering team.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and SQL.
- Proven track record of deploying AI models at scale in production environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with MLOps and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
