Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and maintain the company’s 2026 strategic vision, identifying key milestones and deliverables for the next 3-5 years.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends, regulatory shifts, and market dynamics to anticipate future challenges and opportunities.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment across all departments.
- Innovation Integration: Lead pilot programs for emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3) to validate their viability for the 2026 roadmap.
- Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and metrics to track the progress of strategic initiatives and report on the health of the 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or technical product management, with a focus on future-tech or long-term planning.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing architectures.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of navigating ambiguity and driving strategic initiatives in fast-paced environments.
