Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the 2026 Initiative, aligning with corporate vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams across R&D, engineering, and product development to deliver breakthrough innovations
- Secure $50M+ in strategic partnerships and funding from venture capital and government entities
- Present initiative progress and strategic vision to C-suite executives and key stakeholders quarterly
- Drive sustainable technology adoption through industry thought leadership and public speaking engagements
- Monitor emerging tech disruptions and integrate cutting-edge solutions into initiative framework
- Maintain compliance with evolving federal tech regulations and ethical AI frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with proven experience managing large-scale transformation projects
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- Track record of securing $10M+ in funding and managing multi-million dollar budgets
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI implementation, biotech innovation, or sustainable energy systems
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Strong network within Silicon Valley venture capital and federal innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Agile methodologies
- Experience navigating complex regulatory landscapes in technology sectors
