Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption cycles and competitive landscapes
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders using data-driven storytelling
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term innovation impact

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership

- Proven track record of implementing future-ready solutions with measurable ROI
