Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented initiatives (2018-2023)
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, IXL) preferred
