- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale futuristic solutions in blockchain, biotech, and climate tech
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends with 5-10 year market impact
- Design scalable architectures for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs)
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation with ESG 2030 goals
- Secure patents and IP for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Expertise in AI governance, quantum computing, or climate tech systems
- Proven track record of launching products with 10+ year vision
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Deep understanding of Web3 infrastructure and regulatory landscapes
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
