Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts within aggressive timelines
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with corporate strategy
- Present visionary concepts to stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-impact projects
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Establish KPIs for measuring 2026 strategic milestones and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
