- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget and lead a team of 12 multidisciplinary specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with proven track record of shipping futuristic products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, IEEE, or equivalent)
- Strong background in agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
