Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026+ technology trend foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and quantitative modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities and disruptive threats
- Deliver executive briefings and strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainability megatrends
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and venture capital ecosystems
- Architect organizational resilience programs addressing workforce evolution, ethical AI governance, and climate adaptation
- Drive thought leadership through white papers, conference keynotes, and patent development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis, systems thinking)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, MBA, or equivalent experience
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioners) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and stakeholder communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
