Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-2030 innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption vectors
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional 'Horizon Scanning' teams to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities
- Design strategic frameworks for ethical AI implementation and sustainable tech adoption
- Present trend forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists and champion data-driven decision culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, R&D, or innovation consulting with tech-forward focus
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech, or AI ethics
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-transforming initiatives
