Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with long-term strategic objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)

Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or R&D leadership

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
