Responsibilities
- Lead strategic innovation initiatives targeting 2026 market disruption across AI, quantum, and sustainable tech domains
- Develop and execute R&D roadmaps aligned with 5-year technology forecasts
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and industry leaders
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and strategists
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform innovation priorities
- Present innovation frameworks and progress to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and proof-of-concepts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation, R&D leadership, or strategic product development
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies or products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or clean tech)
- Experience developing 5-year technology roadmaps and innovation strategies
- Exceptional stakeholder management with executives, investors, and external partners
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate market insights into actionable plans
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with history of driving change in large organizations
