- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 2026 commercial viability
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget for future-tech initiatives
- Drive adoption of circular economy principles across product lifecycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in climate tech, AI governance, or sustainable systems
- Executive-level stakeholder management and strategic communication skills
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Sustainability, or Business Innovation
- PMP or equivalent innovation certification preferred
- Experience with scenario planning for 2026+ technology landscapes
