Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy aligned with global market trends and company objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping, testing, and scaling emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage a $5M+ R&D budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for responsible technology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation, strategy, or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI, biotech, or climate tech
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Fluency in innovation methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, etc.)
