Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or strategic product development
- Proven track record leading complex R&D initiatives to commercialization

- Executive experience with technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Strong background in agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
