Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching products with future-focused tech stacks
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains (quantum, AR/VR, decentralized systems)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Portfolio showcasing patented technologies or industry-defining projects
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Certified in Agile/Scrum and technology roadmapping frameworks
