Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology innovation, product development, or strategic foresight roles

- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for articulating futuristic concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M with measurable ROI
