Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap with emphasis on quantum-AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and designers in rapid prototyping cycles
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and quantum computing pioneers
- Develop patentable innovations in sustainable tech and ethical AI frameworks
- Secure $5M+ in innovation funding through government grants and private partnerships
- Present breakthrough findings to C-suite executives and industry consortiums

Qualifications
- PhD or MS in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years experience in R&D leadership with proven tech commercialization track record
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neural-symbolic AI, or carbon-negative tech systems
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent impact
- Successful $10M+ project funding and portfolio management experience
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Fluency in Python, Qiskit, and TensorFlow with 3+ years hands-on implementation
