Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in R&D or product innovation with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record delivering scalable tech solutions with market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Experience securing venture capital or corporate innovation funding
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
