Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation management or strategic technology leadership
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives from concept to deployment
- Expertise in scenario planning for 5-10 year technological horizons
- Certification in emerging tech frameworks (e.g., Quantum Development, AI Ethics)
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams
- Prior success in securing $1M+ innovation grants or VC partnerships
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Innovation Management preferred
