Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems and regulatory landscapes
- Strong financial acumen for budget management and ROI analysis
- Published thought leadership in innovation strategy (minimum 3 peer-reviewed articles)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
